Let the <br /> record show that a publichearing has been held by the Planning Commission. They <br /> have recommended approval of the request. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the request of <br /> Marvin Christianson to rezone 12.96 acres from SFE to SFU. Legal <br /> discription..as follows: The W2 - E 2/3 - S2 - SE4 of Section 17, <br /> T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, and the W2 - E 2/3 - <br /> NE4 - NE4 - Section 20, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, <br /> except the south 7. 17 acres more or less lying south of Oneka Lake <br /> Blvd. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Gerald Dabe - Land. Division <br /> Mr. Dabe is requesting permission to divide 40 acres into one 20 acre parcel and <br /> two 10 acre parcels. Mr. Bartholdi stated that the deed with the signatures of <br /> the adjoining property owners has notas yet been provided. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Land <br /> Division of Mr. Gerald Dabe to divide a 40 acre parcel into one 20 <br /> acre parcel and two 10 acre parcels contingent on the provision of <br /> right-of-way deeds private easements, and private driveway agreement <br /> to the satisfaction of the City Attorney within the next 60 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 Public Hearing - 7:30 P.M. <br /> a.
