Page 24 <br /> MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> MEETING OF February 19, 1980 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Dan Spitzer <br /> at 7:05 P.M. <br /> PRESENT: Spitzer, Schletty, <br /> ABSENT: Irsfeld, LaValle and Vail <br /> Chairman Spitzer suggested that since the Council lacked a quorum <br /> at this meeting, the members present would review the Agenda, make <br /> recommendatians where they could, and act upon those recommendations <br /> at the next meeting, March 3, 1980. <br /> 3 .0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> The minutes were reviewed. The wording of the motion on page 4 - <br /> Agenda 6.5 was changed to read "hurst" tool instead of "hearse" <br /> tool. Schletty made a motion, seconded by Spitzer to accept the <br /> minutes of February 4, 1980 after this correction had been noted. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS - No discussion <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS? REQUESTS? COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Greg Stankey - Renewal of Mobile Home Permit tabled until next <br /> meeting. <br /> 5 .2 Joseph Gregoire - Renewal of Mobile Home Permit. Mr. Gregoire <br /> was present to sign this renewal, but was asked to be at the next <br /> meeting because of a lack of a quorum at this meeting. <br /> Safeway House Movers - Amended Special Use Permit and Mobile <br /> Home Permit tabled until next meeting. <br /> 5.4 James Husnik - Site Plan Approval tabled until next meeting. <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> 6.1 Nudity Ordinance - No discussion' <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 7.1 MARY LYSNE - Unpaid Building Permit tabled until next meeting <br /> 7.2 Police Union Contract - Briefly reviewed by City Attorney and <br /> Council. Johnson was asked to devise a revised contract and have it <br /> ready by the next meeting, and to have a copy submitted to the <br /> Committee beforehand. <br />
