Page 27 <br /> MARCH 3, 1980 <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Greg Stankey — Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to grant <br /> a renewal of the Mobile Home Permit for Greg Stankey, <br /> 17385 Forest Blvd. , under Chapter 40, Article III, <br /> Subdivision B, for a period of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> • MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 Joseph Gregoire — Renew of Mobile Home Permit (annual review) <br /> Mrs. Gregoire was present and stated that there was no change in the <br /> requirements for the mobile home. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by LaValle, to grant a <br /> renewal of the Mobile Home Permit for Joseph Gregoire, <br /> • 7600 165th Street North, under Chapter 40, Article III, <br /> Subdivision D, for a period of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED . <br /> 5 .3 Safeway House Movers — Amended Special Use Permit and Mobile <br /> Home Permit <br /> Safeway now has five buildings on their property with plans for more <br /> permanent structures. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the <br /> Amended Special Use Permit and Mobile Home Permit for Safeway House <br /> Movers 'subject' to the following: <br /> Include buildings one throught five, and the proposed buildings <br /> 6, 7, 8, and 9 not to exceed the square footages as indicated. <br /> Each building may be built to a lesser square footage. If any <br /> of the proposed buildings exceed square footages as indicated, <br /> another Amended Special Use Permit will be required. The Mobile <br /> Home for Watchman Quarters to be included at the site indicated, <br /> not to exceed 400 sq. ft. <br /> MOTION WITHDRAWN <br /> A public hearing will have to be held before a Mobile Home Permit can <br /> be issued. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the <br /> Amended Special Use Permit for Safeway House Movers to <br /> allow for watchman quarters. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
