The <br /> Mireault and Hjelmhaug property are the only two not hooked up to <br /> City sewer. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, that Ms. Mireault <br /> and Mr. Hjelmhaug to provide the city with a signed con- <br /> tract with a bonded sewer installer by the City Council <br /> meeting of 3/17/80. Contract should state that the <br /> property will be hooked up to city sewer by June 1 ,1980. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.9 Grace Development - Minor Subdivision <br /> Metro Steel is interested in purchasing approximately 4 acres in the <br /> Bald Eagle Industrial Park. The drainage plan has been reviewed by <br /> the City Engineer but is only an interim measure until the whole <br /> park is developed. Metro Steel has agreed to pay for one half of <br /> the cost of upgrading Farnham Avenue to an approved gravel street. <br /> Attorney Johnson stated that Metro Steel would have to replat their <br /> property before they could construct another building on the property. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve <br /> the Minor Subdivision for Grace Development for Parcel <br /> A on the Certificate of Survey dated March 3, 1980. <br /> Parcel B is to be reserved for future extension of <br /> Farnham Avenue North. An agreement showing future road <br /> construction costs between Grace Development and Metro <br /> Steel be recorded as a covenant. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by LaValle, to refund <br /> the $25.00 Site Plan Approval fee to Metro Steel. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
