<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes
<br /> of November 17, 1980, as submitted.

<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes of the
<br /> Special Meeting of November 24, 1980, as submitted.

<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant an OFF SALE LIQUOR
<br /> LICENSE to 3H's, INC. , (Schmidty's 61 Club) , 17285 Forest Boulevard,
<br /> in the amount of $100.00.

<br /> 5.3 Homer Dole - Land Division
<br /> Messrs. Dole and Radford were present, and stated that the proof of ownership and
<br /> a new survey sketch were submitted as requested. Deeds were submitted indi-
<br /> cating an easement, but the attorney determined that the language did not es-
<br /> tablish right-of-way. Percolation tests have not been submitted. Spitzer sug-
<br /> gested that Mr. Dole obtain an easement from Theodore Peltier, in favor of
<br /> Sovereign and LaCasse, to convey a 33' easement (access) across the east side
<br /> of Peltier's property.
