February 17, 1981 <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Attorney pointed out changes in the index to the Council. <br /> It was determined that the probable date to call a public hearing would be the <br /> middle of March. The plan is typed in full, with the latest changes to be <br /> incorporated only. County is doing cover layout. City to buy binding and paper <br /> cost and maps. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the index <br /> change pertaining to the maps as presented by the City Attorney. <br /> VOTING FOR: McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty, LaValle <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to direct the City Attorney <br /> to check on public hearing process on the comprehensive plan. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> McAllister went to the Connie Levi meeting, and reported that the meeting turned <br /> into a watershed district discussion. Her feelings are that the controlling end <br /> should be by municipalities. Councilman McAllister said the City::Hall could <br /> be used for a meeting. <br /> Vern Peloquin stated he still has signature problems with his plat. Mayor LaValle <br /> offered his assistance to help resolve the matter. <br /> Larry Durand, Windsor Landscaping, stated there was a misunderstanding and felt <br /> he had legal usage of the mobile home. He stated several problems on his <br /> property have occurred, and he needed usage of the home for protection of his <br /> land. City would try to work with him and check further information regarding <br /> his land. He will supply deeds. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the letter from <br /> the Fire Chief stating that they respond to all calls into the city. <br /> VOTING FOR: McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty, LaValle <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Schietty made motion, seconded by Vail, to extend the meeting passed 11 :00 PM. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve J.O. 48243 from <br /> NW Bell telephone to construct buried cable on 125th East of Highway 61 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schietty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve claims for Scot Air <br /> Paks as submitted by Fire Chief. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> City accepted letter from Ken Granger submitting his resignation from the Fire <br /> Department. <br />
