September 8, 1981 MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, that the City Clerk request a letter from the property owner at 12616 Ingersoll Avenue giving per- mission to the City of Hugo and/or Armon System for the installation of an on-site septic system and testing procedures as may be necessary. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.9 Robert McCullough - Bond and Septic System Agreement The clerk's office has contacted Mr. McCullough on several occasions, and he has commented that heis having some trouble obtaining a bond. The septic system agree- ment with A & B Sanitation, stating that he is having the system pumped at least three times a year, should be submitted shortly. MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that Mr. McCullough be re- quested to privide the City with a signed contract with a sewage pumping firm, in lieu of a performance bond, and the pumping firm provide the City. with a copy of the statements for pumping work done on the McCullough property. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.10 Richard Vail - Development Agreement Kuusisto stated that he has been contact with Washington County regarding the drainage at the intersection of Egg Lake Road and proposed Fountain Avenue. Kuusisto has suggested that the developer investigate the possibility of the construction of a pipe and inlet to the intersection location and providing a culvert, if necessary, for transporting water to the inlet crossing Fountain Ave. MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the content of the Development Agreement between the City of Hugo and Richard Vail for Shamrock Gen, and subject to final approval when the developer submits final documents to the City. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.12 Ronald Granger - Licenses MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant the following li- censes to Ronald Granger, dba Paul's Pizza, 14849 Forest Blvd: ON SALE NON-INTOXICATING LIQUOR, CIGARETTE AND SOFT DRINK, in the amount of $42.32. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to adopt ORDINANCE 181 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 140 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "LICENSES ANDREGULATED ACTIVITIES" BY ABOLISHING SOFT DRINK REGULATIONS.
