Mr. Burkard <br /> stated that the city would have to had paid more to someone else if they had to <br /> hire :.an outside party. Mr. Wisner suggested that the city look at the total <br /> labor rate and consider some slight adjustments. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, that the balance of the claim, <br /> as originally submitted, be paid to Jim Wisner and Mr. Burkard, for work <br /> performed on the watermain break, October 4, 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> LaValle stated that until the matter is resolved, similar situations will have to <br /> be handled by City Council action. <br /> DOUG KRUSE - SEPTIC SYSTEM <br /> Engineer Kuusisto submitted a plan for a semi-mound system to be installed at the <br /> Kruse residence, 12616 Ingersoll Avenue. He suggested informal bids be obtained <br /> and then discuss the matter with Mr. Kruse. Plans for the system will be sub- <br /> mitted to Rice Creek Watershed by Mr. Kuusisto. Attorney felt that it would be <br /> best if Mr. Kruse could line up a money commitment for the project. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, the the engineer be authorized <br /> to solicit informal bids to install the necessary sewer system on the <br /> Doug Kruse property located at 12616 Ingersoll Avenue. The City Attorney <br /> is authorized to draft appropriate agreements, and Mayor be authorized <br /> to execute those agreements. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by McAllister, to adjourn at 9:08 PM. <br /> All aye.
