2 <br /> 6.2 Planning Commission - No discussion <br /> 6.3 Water Superintendent - No discussion <br /> 6.4 Building Inspector <br /> Mr. Crever submitted his monthly report. Tom had previously stated that Randall <br /> Irving had not started construction of his home as conditioned in his Mobile <br /> Home Permit. After further inspection, Mr. Crever stated that construction has <br /> since begun. <br /> 6.5 Fire Chief <br /> Ron Istvanovich presented the Council with a copy of the contract from the Mutual <br /> Aid Association which requires the City's signature. Attorney Johnson will review <br /> and report at the next regular meeting. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, that the Fire Chief be authorized <br /> to convert two portables to the statewide mutual aid frequency. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> The Fire Chief was informed that there is no city ordinance regulating the mile <br /> radius a person has to live in order to qualify as a member of the Fire Department. <br /> Ron stated that the plea to Hugo residents for them to display their house numbers <br /> has not succeeded. There was discussion as to the possibility of a mutual project <br /> between the Lions Club and the Fire Department, and the Post Office not delivering <br /> mail until these numbers are shown. <br /> 6.6 Attorney <br /> report. n <br /> Mr. Johnson submitted his monthly Mr. Johnson will DtateuretY <br /> re- <br /> garding the Armon System bond, and submitting the bills compiled to date. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, the addition of $972.00, <br /> Geotechnical Engineering, to the General Claims. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mayor LaValle will contact Robert Lockyear, Washington County Planning, regarding <br /> Hugo's Comprehensive Plan. There is a possibility that a meeting will have to be <br /> set up to discuss this matter. <br /> Richard Vail submitted the hardshell for Shamrock Glen for review by the City Council <br /> and the professional staff. After their review, it was determined that the drainage <br /> easement between Lots 7 & 8, and Lots 9 & 10 was not indicated, and should be in- <br /> cluded. This matter will be addressed again at the meeting of 1/18/82. LaValle <br /> told Mr. Vail to consider the possibility of requesting another extension of final <br /> plat approval until he is ready to start actual construction. <br /> 6.7 Engineer <br /> Mr. Kuusisto submitted his monthly report. <br />
