G.12 Approve Appointment of Tom Windisch as Chair of the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission Tom Windisch has served on the Parks Commission since February, 2010 and as Chair of the Parks Commission since May, 2014. Staff recommends Council reappoint Commissioner Tom Windisch as Chair of the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission for 2016. G.13 Approve Appointment of Cynthia Schoonover as Chair of the Historical Commission Annually, the City Council appoints a member of the Historical Commission to serve as the Chair of the Commission. Cynthia Schoonover was a founding member of the Commission since December, 2002 and took over as chair upon the resignation of Kitty Cheesbrow in July, 2015. Staff recommends Council reappointment Cynthia Schoonover as the Chair of the Historical Commission for 2016. G.14 Approve Appointment of Tom Weidt and Phil Klein as Council Representatives on the EDA Annually, Council appoints two representatives from the Hugo City Council to serve on the Economic Development Authority (EDA). Staff recommends Council appoint Mayor Weidt and Council Member Klein to continue to serve as the Council representatives on the EDA for 2016. G.15 Approve Appointment of Tom Weidt as the City Council Representative on the Board of Zoning Appeals and Adiustments Annually, the Hugo City Council appoints a member of the Planning Commission, City Council, and a resident to serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals and Adjustments. Tom Weidt has agreed to serve another year on the Board as the City Council Representative. Staff recommends Council Appoint Tom Weidt to serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals and Adjustments for 2016. G.16 Approve Appointment of Tom Weidt as Chair of the Board of Zoning Adjustments Annually, Council approves the appointment of Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals and Adjustments. Staff recommends Council reappoint Board Member Tom Weidt as Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals and Adjustments. G.17 Approve Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Pheasants Forever at Sal's Angus Grill on February 22, 2016 Pheasants Forever, Washington County Chapter 0671, has applied for a Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit to conduct raffles at their fundraiser on February 22, 2016 to be held at Sal's Angus Grill. Staff recommends Council approve the Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Pheasants Forever. G.18 Approve Ordinance Review Committee to Work on Revision to Parking Ordinance The Ordinance Review Committee (ORC) has reviewed several ordinance text amendments since 2004.
