WAKp'TA commercial advisors <br />The resume of Wakota's retail land sales, both as Seller's representatives and <br />Buyer's representatives is vast. <br />• Wakota has represented AutoZone, Inc. in its land acquisitions for over 6 years, and we've <br />represented AutoZone in the purchase of land and buildings for over 30 sites in the state of <br />Minnesota and western Wisconsin. <br />• Wakota's brokers worked with developers, Centres Inc., in the acquisition of sites from Nebraska to <br />Maryland for retailers such as Bridgestone Firestone, Office Depot, and M & I Bank. <br />• The brokers at Wakota developed Oak Park Heights Marketplace, and as developers, acquired the <br />land, worked through the city processes, contracted and constructed a retail building occupied by: <br />Starbuck's, Verizon Wireless, SuperCuts and others. <br />The brokers at Wakota listed and sold 45 acres of land at Radio Drive and Valley Creek Road in <br />Woodbury. A portion of the site was sold to Trammel Crow Residential for the construction of <br />high-end apartments. A portion of the site was sold to the YMCA. A portion of the site was sold to <br />TCF bank. A portion of the site was sold to Kowalski's market, and a portion of the site was sold to <br />a local townhome developer. <br />• Wakota Brokers listed the largest privately held tract of land in the state of Minnesota, 8,375 acres in <br />Biwabik AIN. <br />Wakota brokers sold the former Jim Lupient Auto Dealership in NE Minneapolis. The team was <br />then retained by the buyer to lease the property- as multi -tenant retail, office and rental housing. The <br />property was 100% occupied at the end of our assignment. <br />Wakota brokers listed and sold a former landfill site in the city- of Minneapolis, developed as a <br />Whole Foods grocery store, with ancillary- small shop retail space. <br />
