lif� HCity of ugoMW ILUNITY PR The City of Hugo is a growing community in the northeast Twin Cities metropolitan area. Located 20 minutes north of St. Paul, residents can enjoy the convenient access to urban opportunities while bene- fiting from the open spaces, recreational programs, high quality school districts, and the close knit community that Hugo has to offer.
