The <br />Capital Improvement Program will be <br />reviewed for emergency equipment. At a <br />staffing level, recruitment and retention <br />efforts will be stressed. Collaboration with <br />surrounding cities will continue. <br />Goal #7 Atlministratiop <br />Work in partnership with Washington <br />County to expand library services. <br />Administer 2014 Elections. Implement <br />better technology, such as document <br />imaging software.
