They provided information on the specific development <br />proposals for the future par <br />a <br />k system and delivered a list of the park facilities that will be <br />constructed in all of the prks. The main focus was on Park #1 and Park #3, the two <br />land areas that will be accepted as parkland dedication. <br />Park #1, Victor Square, and Park #3, not named yet, will be built in the 2002 <br />construction season. There will be no need to tie park construction to obtaining building <br />permits. These parks are an important part of the project and they will be constructed <br />before or as homes sites are being sold. <br />The park development budget for Park #1 is over $270,000 and the budget for Park #3 <br />is over $230,000. Facilities for Park #1 include a gazebo, benches, stairs and decks, <br />picnic/games tables, kios <br />ai <br />ks, fountains, lighting, sidewalks, trees, shrubs, grass, <br />irrigation, and on going mntenance. Park #3 facilities include a backstop for a softball <br />field, a half basketball court, a tennis court, sand volleyball, play structure, barbecues, <br />picnic tables, fences, benc <br />ti <br />hes trees, shrubs, grass, sidewalks, lighting, and ongoing <br />maintenance. <br />The Homeowners Associaon structure will consist of a master association for the whole <br />community. There will be su <br />i <br />bset associations that relate to housing types.
