Minutes <br />City of Hugo <br />Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting <br />June 8, 2005 <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Council Chambers — City Hall <br />Meeting Chair: Kitty Cheesebrow <br />Minutes By: Chris Petree <br />Present: Parks Commission: Kitty Cheesebrow, Roger Clarke, Charles Kirk, Dan Gabrielli and <br />Jennifer May. <br />Planning Commission: Kelly Bailly. <br />Staff. Chris Petree, Public Works Director. <br />Absent: Pete Pedersen, Steven Lacher and Kelly Bailly. <br />I. Approve Minutes From May 11, 2005 Meeting <br />Clarke made a motion, Gabrielli seconded to approve the minutes from the May 11, 2005 <br />Parks Commission meeting. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />II. Update on Frog Hollow Park <br />Public Works Director Chris Petree provided an update on Frog Hollow Park and a brief <br />Power Point presentation on its status. The concrete edging and slabs have been poured. <br />The park equipment is scheduled to be installed the week of June 13, 2005. <br />III. Update on Beaver Ponds Park <br />Public Works Director Chris Petree provided an update on Beaver Ponds Park and a brief <br />Power Point presentation on its status. The landscaping has been completed and the timber <br />edging has been replaced with concrete edging. <br />IV. Update on Water Tower #2 Park <br />Public Works Director Chris Petree provided an update on Water Tower #2 and a brief Power <br />Point presentation on its status. The slab and sidewalk has been poured and picnic tables <br />and a garbage receptacle will be installed this month. <br />V. Other - None <br />Page 1 <br />
