The sport complex <br />scoping subcommittee was formed with Russell Schmidt, Jim Taylor and Noel Schmidt. <br />Berger also suggested contacting the planning commission to see if any others would be <br />interested in joining this committee. <br />IV. Tot Time Schedule and Advertising <br />Scott Anderson, Public Works Director went over the necessity of inspecting current <br />equipment for repair/replacement needs. Berger will join him next week for a review of <br />equipment inventory. Russell Schmidt made a motion, Parker seconded to allocate <br />$1,000.00 to replace/repair equipment for tot time. <br />All aye. Motion Caried. <br />V. Hardwood Creek Trail Extension to 1401h Street <br />Clark informed Harwood Creek Trail discussions have been made by many residents <br />wanting continuation of the trail south to 145th Street. Clark made a motion, Pedersen <br />seconded that City Staff talk with Washington County about extending Hardwood Creek <br />Trail south to 140th Street. <br />VI. 2009 Budget Discussion <br />Scott Anderson Public Works Director explained the budget and how future planning needs <br />should be determined on how cost factors will be utilized. All commission members agreed <br />a listing should be determined for prioritizing at a further date. <br />VII. Other <br />Scott Anderson Public Works Director updated the commission on the tree planting that has <br />taken place this week at Oak Shore Park. 20 trees have been planted and 20 more are in <br />process. <br />Adjournment <br />Berger made a motion, Russell Schmidt seconded to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 p.m. <br />All Aye.
