Discussion on Bernin Lease Agreement Extension <br />Scott Anderson Public Works Director updated the commission that Bruce Bernin <br />approached the City to request an extension on his property lease agreement. The <br />request was for an additional 5 year rental agreement and he would no longer utilize <br />the property as a tree farm. A memorandum was drafted for review on the current <br />lease agreement. <br />Strub commented on the additional improvements and care of the property that <br />currently the Bernins have provided. <br />Taylor made a motion, Berger seconded to recommend a 5 year lease renewal to <br />City Council. <br />All Aye.
