Motion Carried. <br />The Parks Commission discussed the proposed changes to the Public Conduct in Parks <br />Ordinance. The Commission discussed allowing recreation fires in city -designated rings <br />or in grills (provided by the City or park user). <br />Clarke made a motion, Windisch seconded to recommend changes to the Public <br />Conduct in Parks Ordinance as proposed with changes as discussed to the regulation <br />on recreational fires. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />III. Update on Park Dedication Policy <br />Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner gave an update on the decision made by City Council <br />at the meeting of September 20, 2010.
