Minutes <br />Parks Commission, City of Hugo <br />February 13, 2013 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Council Chambers, City Hall <br />rail fn (briar <br />Present: Rachel Berger, Kris Birch, Mat Rauschendorfer, Dave Strub, Jim Taylor <br />Absent: Tom Windisch, Joan Benner, Chris Boland <br />Staff Present: Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner <br />Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br />Debi Close, Secretary <br />Jim Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />I. Approval of Minutes from January Meeting <br />Berger made a motion, Taylor seconded to approve the minutes of the January 9, 2013 Parks <br />Commission meeting. <br />Strub and Rauschendorfer abstained from Motion. <br />Aye Berger, Birch, Taylor. Motion Carried. <br />II. Recreation Program Planning for 2013 <br />Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner reviewed the 2012 programs and information on cost and <br />participation levels for each event. Parks Commission members discussed dropping the 3rd <br />Lair Skate class in 2013 with a high cost and low turnout. <br />New program options for 2013 were brainstormed. <br />
