Minutes <br />Parks Commission, City of Hugo <br />August 14, 2013 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Council Chambers, City Hall <br />Call to Order <br />Present: Joan Benner, Rachel Berger, Kris Birch, Chris Boland, Mat Rauschendorfer, Dave <br />Strub, Jim Taylor, Tom Windisch <br />Absent: Nicole Schmid <br />Staff Present: Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner <br />Debi Close, Secretary <br />Jim Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />I. Approval of Minutes from July Meeting <br />Windisch made a motion, Rauschendorfer seconded to approve the minutes of the June 12, <br />2013 Parks Commission meeting. <br />Abstained: Taylor, Boland <br />Ayes: Benner, Berger, Birch, Rauschendorfer, Strub, Windisch. <br />Motion carried. <br />II. Fable Hill Park Request <br />Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner gave a presentation on the needs analysis for Fable Hill Park. <br />Discussion included annual goal setting and capital improvement planning. <br />Taylor made a motion, Rauschendorfer seconded to include Fable Hill in the neighborhood <br />needs analysis. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried <br />
