Minutes <br />Parks Commission, City of Hugo <br />May 8, 2013 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Council Chambers, City Hall <br />Call to Order <br />Present: Joan Benner, Rachel Berger, Kris Birch, Mat Rauschendorfer, Nicole Schmid, Dave <br />Strub, Jim Taylor, Tom Windisch <br />Absent: Chris Boland <br />Staff Present: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br />Shayla Syverson, Parks Planner <br />Debi Close, Secretary <br />Jim Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. <br />Taylor made a motion, Berger seconded to table the Dog Park Discussion until the next Parks <br />Commission meeting. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried <br />I. Approval of Minutes from December Meeting <br />Berger made a motion, Windisch seconded to approve the minutes of the April 11, 2013 Parks <br />Commission meeting. <br />Aye Benner, Berger, Schmid, Taylor and Windisch. <br />Abstained, Birch, Rauschendorfer and Strub. <br />Motion Carried. <br />
