Minutes <br />Parks Commission, City of Hugo <br />August 12, 2015 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Council Chambers, City Hall <br />Call to Order <br />Present: John Pontrelli, Mat Rauschendorfer, Nicole Schmid, Dave Strub, <br />Ranell Tennyson, Tom Windisch <br />Absent: Cinde Morris <br />City Council Present: Chuck Haas <br />Staff Present: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br />Shayla Denaway, Parks Planner <br />Rachel Juba, Planner <br />Anna Wobse, Accounting Clerk <br />Tom Windisch called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />I. Approval of Minutes from June Meeting <br />Strub made a motion, Tennyson seconded to approve the minutes of the June 10, 2015 <br />Parks Commission meeting. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />II. Clearwater Cove Park Dedication Proposal <br />Parks Planner, Shayla Denaway provided background to the Commission regarding the <br />Clearwater Cove concept plan and park dedication proposal that was discussed at the <br />May 13, 2015 Parks Commission Meeting. A concept plan was submitted by D.R. <br />Horton for a residential development known as Clearwater Cove. Discussion included <br />the proposed trail design, construction and donation of a park, and a proposal to pay full <br />park dedication fees in the amount of $213,600.00. At the August 3, 2015 City Council <br />Meeting the Council approved the Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development <br />
