Finale Avenue between 14P Street and 140 Sheet shall be <br />raaansiructod as an ud m section roadway to a width of 26 fed <br />with the &* layer ofbitundnous prior to the issuance of <br />C tificate of Occupancy for the lot buuNW& <br />iii. A 50 Enol wide roadway easement shall be dedicated for the <br />realignment of Finale Avenue fiom just south of Upper 140 Street <br />to 147° Sheet, as shown on the plan. <br />iv. A 60 foot wide roadway easement shall be dedicated for the <br />extension of 1476 Street fiom its curroat terminus to Ondm <br />Parkway, as shown on the plan. <br />v. The 1.76 acres (Outlot A) shall be dedicated to the City to satisfy <br />77% of the parkland dedication requirement. <br />b.
