MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br />180th STREET/ FOXHILL AVE NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING <br />MONDAY, JANUARY 25, 2016 <br />7 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: Haas <br />OTHERS: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Engineer Jay Kennedy, Public Works Director <br />Scott Anderson <br />In response to a neighborhood petition for road improvements, the Council scheduled a <br />neighborhood meeting to discuss a potential street project, assessments, and other options. <br />There were 17 residents who attended and several spoke on their frustration with the gravel road <br />and maintenance in the past year. Staff acknowledged there they were experiencing problems <br />with the material that was applied, and they provided methods that can be tried to fix it.
