RESOLUTION 2014 3 <br />APPROVING FUD GENERAL PLAN FOR LAVALLE FIELDS LLC PoR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF FINALE AVENUE NORTH OF <br />FRENCSMAN ROAD (COUNTY ROAD S) <br />WHEREAS, LeVaile Fields LLC has requested approval of a pUD gmwg plan to allow <br />295 senior housing and multi -family residential units on dw 29.17 am p W ty legally <br />desceibed as follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, dhe Planning Commission has reviewed the PUD genital phn at a duly <br />called Public Hearing and recommends appmval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, diet it should and hereby does ,approve dna <br />reguest by LaValle Fields LLC, subject to flee following condttionL <br />1. A PUD general plan is approved to allow dee creation of 295 senior housing and <br />multi -family residential units. The davelopmem shalt be acted in accordance <br />with the plans and application received by the City on October 21, 2013, and <br />revisions received on Doeanber 2, 2013, accept as amended by Ibis rawlation. <br />2. Approval is eontogent upon City council appnvai of the requested rezoning of the <br />29.17 acre propaty and prdiminwy plat. <br />3. The PUD gmaul Plan is approved based on the finding dud the proposed project is <br />consistent with the City's Comprdwasive Plea. <br />4. PUD fieoubility is gmued to allow: <br />L Fian'brlity to allow senior housing and apattnrents as a land use. <br />b.
