In response to a neighborhood petition for road improvements, the Council scheduled a
neighborhood meeting to discuss a potential street project, assessments, and other options.
There were 17 residents who attended and several spoke on their frustration with the gravel road
and maintenance in the past year. Staff acknowledged there they were experiencing problems
with the material that was applied, and they provided methods that can be tried to fix it. The
general consensus of the residents was that would be preferred to a road paving project.
