THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2014
Acting Mayor Petryk called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
PRESENT: Bronk, Haas, Klein, Petryk
ABSENT: Weidt
ALSO PRESENT: City Assessor Frank Langer, City Administrator Bryan Bear, Community
Development Intern Connor Schaefer, City Clerk Michele Lindau
Property Owner Appeals
The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of
reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2015.
The Board discussed maintenance changes as prepared by City Assessor Frank Langer that were
prepared prior to this meeting.
Petryk made motion, Haas seconded, to accept all 44 maintenance changes, as presented
individually by City Assessor Langer.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
The Council discussed appeals from property owners who appeared before the Board or who
appealed their assessment by mail or fax.
Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to accept all changes as discussed.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Adiournment
Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to adjourn at 7:59 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
