MINUTES FOR THE BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING <br />THURSDAY, APRIL 18, 2013 <br />Mayor Tom Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Bronk, Haas, Klein, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Assessor Frank Langer, City Administrator Bryan Bear, Community <br />Development Intern Liz Hanson <br />Property Owner Appeals <br />The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of <br />reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2013. <br />The Board discussed maintenance changes as prepared by City Assessor Frank Langer that were <br />prepared prior to this meeting. <br />Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to accept all maintenance changes as recommended. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />The Council discussed appeals from property owners who appeared before the Board or who <br />appealed their assessment by mail or fax. <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded to accept all changes as discussed. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Adjournment <br />Haas made motion, Bronk seconded, to adjourn at 7:43 p.m. <br />All Ayes.
