THURSDAY, APRIL 18, 2013
Mayor Tom Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
PRESENT: Bronk, Haas, Klein, Petryk, Weidt
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: City Assessor Frank Langer, City Administrator Bryan Bear, Community
Development Intern Liz Hanson
Property Owner Appeals
The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of
reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2013.
The Board discussed maintenance changes as prepared by City Assessor Frank Langer that were
prepared prior to this meeting.
Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to accept all maintenance changes as recommended.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
The Council discussed appeals from property owners who appeared before the Board or who
appealed their assessment by mail or fax.
Haas made motion, Petryk seconded to accept all changes as discussed.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Adjournment
Haas made motion, Bronk seconded, to adjourn at 7:43 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
