ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Parks Planner Shayla Syverson
The Hugo Business Association held the Annual Kidz `n Biz Fest at the Oneka Elementary
School from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Twenty-eight local businesses participated and sponsored
fun activities and prizes for families. Over 350 families participated in the event, with
attendance estimated at over 800 people.
