Washington County Historical Courthouse
Present: Mayor Fran Miron, Council members Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk, and Phil Klein
Absent: Council Member Tom Weidt
Staff also present: City Administrator Bryan Bear
The Council met at 4:30 p.m. at the Washington County Historical Courthouse in Stillwater for the
reception and presentation of the National Sea of Goodwill Award to the City of Hugo and City of
Stillwater. The award was presented by the Homeward Deploy Association out of Washington, D.C.
The Sea of Goodwill Award recognizes the City of Hugo's Yellow Ribbon Network for their support
of Military Troops and their families.
