THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 2012
Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Petryk, Miron
ABSENT: Weidt
ALSO PRESENT: City Assessor Frank Langer, City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Clerk

Property Owner Appeals
The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from approximately 18 property owners for
the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2012.
The Board discussed maintenance changes as prepared by City Assessor Frank Langer that were
prepared prior to this meeting.
Petryk made motion, Haas seconded, to accept all maintenance changes as recommended.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
The Council discussed appeals from property owners who appeared before the Board or who
appealed their assessment by mail or fax.
Haas made motion, Klein seconded to accept all changes as discussed.
All Aye. Motion carried.
Adjournment
Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to adjourn at 8:15 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
