Present: Council Members Becky Petryk, Phil Klein and Tom Weidt
Absent: Mayor Miron and Council Member Haas
Staff also present: City Administrator Bryan Bear
The City of Centerville held a demonstration on an irrigation system installed at Laurie LaMotte
Park. This system captures stormwater runoff in existing holding ponds and uses it to irrigate the
park. The primary benefit of this system is to reduce phosphorus entering Centerville Lake.
Refreshments and an optional tour of the stormwater ponds were available after the
demonstration.
