REALTORS WORKSHOP
November 8, 2012
9:00 a.m. —12:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Council Members Haas, Klein, Petryk, Miron
ABSENT: Council Member Weidt
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Planner Rachel Juba, Parks Planner Shayla
Syverson, Building Official Chuck Preisler, Public Works Director Scott Anderson, and
Accounting Clerk Anna Wobse.
This workshop was held by St. Paul Realtors Association and is designed to teach and update
realtors on information regarding the City of Hugo. Approximately 30 local realtors attended.
Staff in attendance presented information about the City of Hugo related to their departments.
Presenting information on their respective school district were: Marisa Vette and Superintendent
Dr. Michael Lovett from the White Bear Lake School District, Superintendent Linda Masden
from the Forest Lake School District, Superintendent Dr. Mark Larson from the Mahtomedi
School District, and Superintendent Dr. Corey Lunn from the Stillwater School District. Sheriff
William Hutton provided information on the Washington County Sheriff's Department, and Fire
Chief Kevin Colvard provided information on the Hugo Fire Department.
