HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING
INTERVIEWS FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7,2011— 7:40 PM
HUGO CITY HALL
Mayor Miron called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
Present: Klein, Petryk, Weidt, Miron
Absent: Haas
Others Present: City Administrator Mike Ericson, Community Development Director
Bryan Bear, and EDA Commissioner Tom Denaway
The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants for a vacancy on the Economic
Development Authority with the retirement of Brian Thistle. There were three applicants
for the position.
The Council conducted oral interviews with Michael Graff, Gretchen Boyd, and Frank
Puleo.
After discussion, Council agreed that all three were very qualified. This item will be
added to the agenda for the next regularly scheduled Council meeting on February 22,
2011 for formal appointment to the Economic Development Authority.
Klein made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
