THURSDAY, APRIL 21, 2011
Acting Mayor Becky Petryk called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Petryk, Weidt, Miron (arrived at 5:35)
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: City Assessor Frank Langer, City Administrator Mike Ericson, City
Community Development Director Bryan Bear, and Community Development Assistant Dennis
Fields, City Clerk Michele Lindau
Property Owner Appeals
The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from approximately 15 property owners for
the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2011.
The Board discussed maintenance changes as prepared by City Assessor Frank Langer that were
prepared prior to this meeting.
Klein made motion, Haas seconded, to accept all maintenance changes as recommended.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
The Council discussed appeals from property owners who appeared before the Board or who
appealed their assessment by mail or fax.
Klein made motion, Petryk seconded to accept all changes as discussed.
All Aye. Motion carried.
Adiournment
Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to adjourn at 8:15 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
