A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the grand opening of the Hanifl Fields Athletic
Park. Mayor Fran Miron, Sharon Hanifl-Lee of the Hanifl Foundation, Parks Commission Vice
Chair Rachel Berger and Landform Principle Kendra Lindahl spoke. Several residents and other
park users were in attendance and shared their excitement of the new park shelter.
