PROPOSED STREET INPROVEMENT PROJECT
JUNE 23, 2011, 7:00 PM

Present: Mayor Fran Miron, Council Members Petryk, Klein, and Weidt
Absent: Haas
Others Present: City Engineer Jay Kennedy, Public Works Director Scott Anderson, and
Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff
The City held an informal neighborhood meeting to discuss with the residents a proposed
street reconstruction project in their neighborhood. The meeting was held following the
June 6, 2011 Hugo City Council meeting at which neighbors attended with their desire
for a street only project. After the presentation by the City Engineer, questions were
asked and answered. There is support from the neighbors and the City Council for a
street only project.
