INTERVIEWS FOR PLANNING COMMISSION CHAIR
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2011
HUGO CITY HALL
Mayor Miron called the meeting to order at 8:18 p.m.
Present: Haas, Klein, Petryk, Weidt, Miron
Absent: None
Others Present: Community Development Director Bryan Bear, Planner Rachel Juba, and
City Clerk Michele Lindau
The purpose of the meeting was to conduct interviews for the chair vacancy on the
Planning Commission created due to the retirement of longtime Chair Dave Schumann.
The Council conducted oral interviews with Planning Commission Members Bronwen
Kleissler and Rick Gwynn.
After discussion, Council agreed that both were very qualified. This item will be added
to the agenda for the next regularly scheduled Council meeting on November 21, 2011
for formal appointment of the Chair on the Planning Commission.
Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 9:20 p.m.
