Potential Street &Utility Improvement Project

Duff - Senior Engineering Technician, and Scott Anderson — Public Works Director
The City held an informal meeting to provide residents information regarding the
potential street and water main improvement project in the Lake Aires Estates, Bald
Eagle Estates, and Bald Eagle Townhomes neighborhood.
The neighborhood was well represented at the meeting. The general consensus among the
group was the roadways were in poor condition and need to be reconstructed. Residents
offered differing opinions regarding the need for watermain improvements. Residents in
attendance requested that the City Council send out a survey form to all residents affected
by the proposed improvements to get a better idea of the level of interest for a project
within the neighborhood.
The City staff provided handouts of the information provided at the meeting, and will
also post the handout on the City's web site.
