Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.
Hugo City Hall - Oneka Room
Present: Mayor Fran Miron, Councilmembers Chuck Haas, Becky Petryk and Tom Weidt
Absent: Councilmember Phil Klein
Also Present: City Administrator Mike Ericson, State Representative Bob Dettmer, State
Senator Ray Vandeveer, and State Representative Matt Dean
About 20 people and Hugo residents attended the Hugo Town Hall meeting with State
Representative Bob Dettmer, State Representative Matt Dean and State Senator Ray
Vandeveer to discuss the legislative session and state budget.
Attendees each took turns speaking to the state legislature leaders about issues of concern
to them. Hugo City Council members shared their issues of concern on behalf of
residents.
The legislature leaders expressed their appreciation to all of the attendees for taking time
in their busy schedules to attend the town hall meeting.
Mayor Miron adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
