Councilmember Haas called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Petryk, Weidt, Miron
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: City Assessor Frank Langer, City Community Development Director Bryan
Bear, and Community Development Assistant Dennis Fields
Property Owner Appeals
The City Council heard from approximately 40 property owners regarding evaluation and/or
classification of their property.
Klein made motion, Weidt seconded to accept all changes as discussed, including the
maintenance changes.
All aye. Motion carried.
Adiournment
Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 10:31 p.m.
All aye. Motion carried.
