HUGO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING FOR GOOD NEIGHBOR DAYS
THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 2009 at 9:00 A.M.
HUGO CITY HALL
Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Weidt, Miron
ABSENT: Klein, Petryk,
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mike Ericson and City Clerk Michele Lindau
The Hugo Lions requested a special meeting of the Council to approve the extension of Good
Neighbor Days for an additional weekend (June 12-14) due to inclement weather and lack of
attendance on the week of June 4-7, 2009.
Approve Use of Lions Park for June 12-14
Weidt made motion, Haas seconded, to approve the use of Lions Park for an extension of Good
Neighbor Days for June 12-14, 2009.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Approve Temporary 3.2 License for June 12-13
Weidt made motion, Haas seconded, to approve a temporary on -sale 3.2 beer license for Hugo Good
Neighbor Days for June 12-13, 2009
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Approve Additional Police Protection Services with Washington County Sheriffs Department
Weidt made motion, Haas seconded, to approve additional police protection services with Washington
County Sheriff's Department for June 12-13, 2009.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Approve Waiving of Special Meeting Fee and Council Salaries for this Special Meeting
Weidt made motion, Haas seconded, to approve waiving the special meeting fee and Council salaries
for this special meeting.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
