Acting Mayor Becky Petryk called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm.
PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron (arrived at 6:45 p.m.)
City Administrator Mike Ericson and Planning Commission Chair Dave Schumann
ABSENT: None
This special meeting was called to conduct an interview for the current vacancy on the Planning
Commission due to the resignation of Kelly Bailly.
INTERVIEW BY CITY COUNCIL
Mayor Fran Miron, Council members, and Planning Commission Chair Dave Schumann conducted
an oral interview of the five applicants: Greg Burmeister, Chantell Knauss, Doug Galler, Carmen
Carter, and Spencer McLachlan.
DIRECTION TO STAFF
City Administrator Mike Ericson distributed ballots to the Council and Planning Commission Chair
Schumann. Mike tallied the votes and Council discussed the results, which will be publicly
announced at the June 2, 2008 Council meeting. The successful candidate will fill the term of Kelly
Bailley, which is set to expire on December 31, 2009.
ADJOURNMENT
Granger made motion, Haas seconded, to adjourn at 8:35 p.m.
