Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Petryk, Miron
ABSENT: Granger, Puleo
ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director Bryan Bear, Water Resource Engineer Pete
Willenbring, Associate Planner Rachel Simone, Community Development Assistant Dennis Fields,
City Clerk Michele Lindau
Water Resource Engineer Pete Willenbring presented to the Council and residents the impacts of the
changes to the FEMA maps fro property owners. City staff prepared customized maps fro residents
detailing where the new floodplain limits are for their properties. Council listened to residents
concerns and questions and directed staff to submit resident comment sheets to FEMA along with the
City's technical comments regarding the maps.
The Open House ended at 9:00 p.m.
