Hugo Fire Department 100th Anniversary Celebration
Attending: Granger, Petryk, Miron
Absent: Haas, Puleo
The Hugo Fire Department held its 100 year anniversary celebration on Saturday, October 4,
2008. The celebration began at noon at the Fire Hall with a dinner and dance which followed at
the Hugo American Legion. An open house was held, and a firefighter statute was dedicated in a
ceremony with the Fire Department personnel and family members in attendance.
Mayor and Council Members attended the gathering along with the entire Fire Department, City
staff, and general public
