APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHRISTINA VINT FOR A 6,600
SQUARE FOOT INDOOR HORSE RIDING ARENA FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 13961 ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Christina Vint has requested approval of a conditional use permit to allow an indoor
horse riding arena for property located at 13961 Ehncrest Avenue North.
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request on June 26, 2014, at a duly
called a public hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit for
an indoor horse riding arena at 13961 Everton Avenue North, subject to the following findings:
1. The proposed use is keeping with the spirit and intent of the ordinance
2. The proposed use is compatible with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the character of
the surrounding area.
3. Adequate screening and buffering from non -compatible uses and public rights-of-way.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 14d' day of July, 2014.
