A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION
AND DECLARING A VACANCY
WHEREAS, Mayor Weidt and the Hugo City Council have received written notice of Council
Member Tony Bronk's resignation on November 13, 2014; and
WHEREAS, Council Member Tony Bronk's letter indicates that his resignation will be effective
on November 13, 2014.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hugo City Council hereby accepts the
resignation of Council Member Tony Bronk and declares a vacancy in the Council Member at
Large seat held by Tony Bronk, effective on November 13, 2014
Passed and adopted this 17* day of November, 2014.
