APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 9099 and 9139170TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, Gerald and Randa Sullivan and Michael Sullivan have requested approval of
a property line adjustment for properties located at 9099 and 9139 170' Street.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Gerald and Randa Sullivan and Michael Sullivan for a property line
adjustment.
ADOPTED by the City Council on December 1, 2014.
