APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 5460 & 5490125TH STREET NORTH AND THE ADJACENT
PARCEL TO THE NORTH
WHEREAS, Gerald Hauble and Donald Hauble have re
%uested approval of a property
line adjustment for properties located at 5460 & 5490 125 Street and the adjacent parcel
to the north.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Gerald Hauble and Donald Hauble for a property line adjustment.
ADOPTED by the City Council on November 19, 2012.
